Terms of Use

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

Clarity Readout is operated by Volodymyr Pletnov, an individual based in Ukraine. By accessing or using Clarity Readout, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Clarity Readout is

Clarity Readout provides online self-discovery quizzes and digital readouts designed for reflection and educational purposes. The service may use automated systems, templates, scoring models, and similar technologies to generate outputs based on user responses.

Clarity Readout is not a medical service, psychological service, psychiatric service, therapy service, legal service, financial service, crisis service, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.

Eligibility

Clarity Readout is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

No professional advice

Quiz results, summaries, readouts, and suggestions are provided for informational, educational, and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counseling, or emergency support.

Do not use Clarity Readout to make urgent, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, employment, relationship-safety, or other high-risk decisions.

Payments and delivery

Paid content on Clarity Readout is a digital product delivered online after purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider and merchant of record, including Creem. Your checkout, invoice, receipt, or bank statement may identify that merchant of record as the seller of record for the transaction.

Access to paid content is granted after successful payment verification.

Refunds

Because Clarity Readout delivers digital products online immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted or a paid readout has been revealed.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • you paid but did not receive access due to a technical issue;
  • the payment was unauthorized or fraudulent; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

If a merchant of record processes your payment, any approved refund may be issued by that merchant of record to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or misuse readouts as if they were generated by licensed professionals.

Intellectual property

The service, including branding, design, software, text, scoring systems, interfaces, and readout formats, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that any result, readout, or output is complete, accurate, reliable, clinically valid, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from reliance on readouts, interruption of service, data loss, account misuse, or payment disputes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the law of your place of residence remain unaffected to the extent required by law.
